Build revenue. Shape the future of marketing for good growth.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to drive new client acquisition for one of the UK's fastest-growing marketing advisory businesses. You'll engage senior marketing and transformation leaders, shape commercial opportunities and win strategic consulting and advisory engagements with global brands.

Responsible Marketing Advisory (RMA) is an expanding and successful high-growth, professional services marketing advisory business helping leading organisations and top brands such as Diageo, Mars, Unilever, TikTok, Meta and more, transform their marketing and media for real impact and good growth.

If you’re a hands-on dealmaker who enjoys the individual-contributor process of meeting new businesses and growing a pipeline, through to closing deals and turning relationships into long-term value, this is your opportunity.

If you're ready to own growth, win meaningful business, and be part of a high-performing, ambitious team, we’d love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
