Role Description
The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Keynsham. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers, providing professional advice on property sales, guiding them through the buying and selling process, and ensuring a positive and informed customer experience.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting property viewings
- Managing inquiries
- Following up leads
- Preparing accurate sales documentation
- Maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems

The role also involves:
- Liaising with colleagues across sales, lettings, and mortgage services
- Coordinating with external partners such as solicitors and surveyors
- Contributing to local marketing activities
The Sales Consultant is expected to meet individual and branch sales targets while upholding Andrews’ standards of integrity, service quality, and community-focused values.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Sales Consulting experience, including advising customers on property-related decisions and converting leads into successful transactions.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and sustain long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in face-to-face interactions, phone conversations, and email correspondence.
- Proficiency in Consulting, including understanding customer needs, presenting suitable options, and offering clear, balanced recommendations.
- Previous experience in estate agency, property sales, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM and property management systems, and basic proficiency in standard office software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation for local travel to properties and clients; local area knowledge of Keynsham and surroundings is an advantage.
