Sales Consultant

Creating exceptional homes. Delivering exceptional careers.

At Shanly Homes, we don’t just build houses; we craft beautifully designed, high-quality homes for modern living.

We are seeking experienced Sales Consultants to join our team, working across our developments in White Waltham, Ascot, and Beaconsfield.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced new homes Sales Consultant to take ownership of the full sales journey across a selection of high-quality developments, building strong relationships with customers and guiding them from initial enquiry through to legal completion and handover.

You’ll be joining a privately owned housebuilder with a long-standing reputation for quality, attention to detail, and creating distinctive homes in some of the South East’s most desirable locations.

About You

  • Solid experience in new homes sales, either running your own development or working as part of a high-performing site team.
  • The ability to work weekends on a rota basis - with free weekends off to enjoy.
  • Naturally proactive and organised, juggling multiple sales and priorities with ease.
  • Detail-obsessed and passionate about ensuring your customers have a first-class experience at every stage of the journey.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of hitting (or exceeding!) sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the New Homes Quality Code is a bonus but not essential as full training will be provided.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
