Great design. Real conversations. Uncapped commission.

This is a role for someone who genuinely loves design and people.

You will guide customers through one of the biggest decisions they make for their home — understanding how they live, then helping them choose something they will still love in ten years. Real expertise, real conversations, and relationships that carry on long after the sale.

Three days a week, 24 hours, including both weekend days — when customers walk in ready to talk properly about their homes. It is a genuine sales role, so you will bring proven sales experience with you.

What You Will Own

  • Customer Experience: Build real relationships and guide every customer with design expertise and genuine care.
  • Sales & Pipeline: Follow up every lead, quote and enquiry, and convert it. Weekends are where the best of it gets built.
  • Showroom & Systems: Keep the showroom immaculate and on brand, and your orders accurate first time.

Who You Are

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
