Sales Consultant | Women's Fashion | Kingston | £13.80ph + Benefits

Looking for a role where you can build great customer relationships, work with a genuinely warm team and grow with an exciting brand?

We're working with a growing retail brand that is entering an exciting phase of expansion, and they're looking for a Sales Consultant to join their established Kingston team.

With the business continuing to grow, there's plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the brand. You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team where creating a great customer experience is at the heart of what they do.

The role

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Welcome customers and provide a friendly, personal service
  • Spend time understanding what customers are looking for and offer helpful advice
  • Build a genuine rapport with customers
  • Provide a relaxed and welcoming experience
  • Process sales and operate the till
  • Help keep the store tidy, organised and well presented
  • Support with stock deliveries and merchandising
  • Work as part of the wider store team

About you

We're looking for a Sales Consultant who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering great customer service.

You'll ideally be:

  • Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers
  • Comfortable having one to one conversations
  • A good listener with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Organised, reliable and positive
  • Keen to learn about the products and develop your knowledge
  • Someone who enjoys creating a welcoming customer experience

Previous retail or customer service experience would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right person.
