Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Coventry. The Sales Consultant will meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their home improvement needs, present suitable Everest products, and provide tailored quotations.

Daily Responsibilities
- Conducting product demonstrations
- Explaining technical features and benefits
- Guiding customers through the sales process from initial enquiry to order completion
- Managing follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth experience
The Sales Consultant is expected to achieve sales targets while promoting customer satisfaction and representing the Everest brand professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and confident presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales, preferably within home improvements, construction, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Coventry, manage a dynamic schedule, and travel locally to customer appointments as required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license and access to reliable transport are highly beneficial.
