Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role is based in Canterbury, United Kingdom. The Sales Consultant will welcome and engage clients in the showroom, providing knowledgeable guidance on luxury watches and jewelry, and supporting them in selecting products that match their preferences and needs.

- Delivering outstanding client service
- Building long-term client relationships
- Achieving individual and store sales targets
- Maintaining detailed product knowledge across all luxury brands
The role involves managing the sales process from initial consultation through purchase and aftercare, handling client enquiries in person and by phone or email, and ensuring the showroom is presented to a high standard. The Sales Consultant will also collaborate with colleagues, follow company policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong sales-focused skills, including Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable products.
- Client-centric abilities in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional experiences and relationship building.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear, confident, and professional interactions with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience good but NOT essential.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working with KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail, professional presentation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic digital tools; willingness to learn about new technologies and products.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
