Our Mission
Clinical Excellence Online (CLEO) is centred on using technology to improve access to healthcare, reduce pressure on services, and put patients first. Supporting over 6 million patients, we work closely with the NHS to deliver impactful solutions across urgent care, primary care, community services, and more.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who will focus on sales execution for our UK based healthcare software business, in collaboration with our Leadership, Customer Success and Sales colleagues.
The ideal candidate will combine healthcare domain expertise with SaaS sales experience to position the company as a leading provider in the market, supporting the revenue growth aspirations of the business.
Key Responsibilities

- Apply a strong understanding of sales processes, value creation, solution selling, and procurement frameworks, with a consistent ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Communicate effectively and confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and compelling messaging at all levels.
- Take a data-driven approach to sales performance, leveraging CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and utilising sales methodologies and pipeline conversion metrics to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver accurate cost estimates in line with internal governance processes and approval requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Presales, Marketing, and Product teams, developing a deep understanding of CLEO Systems’ products, value propositions, and unique selling points, and confidently articulating these to key stakeholders.
- Align sales activity with defined KPIs, including revenue generation, target achievement, and pipeline growth, contributing directly to the company’s ongoing success and market leadership in healthcare software.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
