Location: Cornwall, South West and South of England: Showrooms in Clevedon, Bristol, Devon, Cornwall, Warminster, Chichester
Salary: A GBP 45,000+ earning potential with uncapped commission
Area: Cornwall and the South West

Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys working with customers and turning their ideas into reality?
CTG Windows is looking for Sales Consultants to join our team in Hayle, covering customers across Cornwall and the South West.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established home improvements business, with fully qualified leads and appointments provided, uncapped commission and all the training and tools you need to succeed.
You'll be helping homeowners find the right solutions for their property, from windows and doors through to conservatories and other home improvement products.
The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll work with customers to understand what they are looking to achieve and recommend solutions that suit their home, requirements and budget.

- Meeting customers and discussing their home improvement requirements
- Advising on suitable windows, doors, conservatories and related products
- Turning fully qualified leads and appointments into sales
- Providing a professional and consultative customer experience
- Preparing tailored designs and quotations
- Using the latest sales technology and presentation tools
- Building strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Developing your product knowledge through ongoing training and support
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is confident, personable and motivated by achieving results.
You may already have experience within windows, doors, glazing or home improvements, but this isn't essential as full product training will be provided.
You'll Ideally Have
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience
- A confident and professional approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to understand what a customer wants and recommend the right solution
- A genuine drive to achieve sales and maximize earning potential
- Good organisation and time management skills
- An interest in home improvements, property or design
- The ability to work independently and manage customer appointments effectively
