Role Overview

Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English are essential

As a Sales Consultant – Acquisitions, you’ll turn customer enquiries into confirmed bookings across two of our specialist brands: Menorca Private Owners and Sitges Hills Villas.

You’ll manage customers from initial enquiry through to booking, using your property and destination knowledge to make confident recommendations, proactively following up opportunities and working towards individual and team sales targets.

You’ll work across both English and Spanish and build strong relationships with customers, homeowners and property managers. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role for someone who enjoys closing sales, taking ownership and managing different priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage villa enquiries across phone, email, live chat and relevant booking platforms.
  • Understand customers’ requirements, preferences and budgets and recommend suitable properties.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the Menorca and Sitges portfolios and destinations to provide expert, personalised advice.
  • Manage customers from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking.
  • Proactively follow up leads and manage your sales pipeline to maximise conversion.
  • Identify opportunities to increase booking value and revenue.
  • Liaise with homeowners and property managers on availability, pricing and special requests.
  • Communicate confidently with customers and partners in both Spanish and English.
  • Work towards individual and team KPIs, conversion rates and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and booking information across relevant systems.
  • Work effectively across both Menorca Private Owners and Sitges Hills Villas, prioritising competing requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the acquired businesses and Oliver’s Travels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent Menorca Private Owners, Sitges Hills Villas and Oliver’s Travels to a consistently high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
