Sales Consultant – Aerospace Engineering & Manufacturing - Mobility Division
Ready to build a high-performing desk in one of the UK’s most established engineering sectors – where long-term aircraft orders keep demand consistently high?
This role sits within Matchtech’s Aerospace team, supporting a well-established desk focused on design, development, test, manufacturing and assembly talent across next‑generation aerospace programmes.
The Opportunity
You will own and grow a 360-desk specialising in high‑value aerospace roles including:
- Design Engineers
- Stress Engineers
- Test & Development Engineers
- Manufacturing Engineers
- Quality Engineers
- Production Managers
- Skilled Aerospace Technicians
You’ll build long-term client partnerships, develop deep candidate networks and play a key role in helping OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers meet programme delivery targets.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Proactive sales and business development across aerospace OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers
- Building long-term, consultative partnerships with clients
- Developing a high-quality candidate network in a skills-short market
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Becoming the go-to specialist for aerospace engineering & manufacturing talent
