Sales Consultant – Aerospace Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment

Looking for the opportunity to build a high-performing desk in one of the UK’s most resilient and innovative engineering sectors?
Join Matchtech’s established Aerospace team and take ownership of a specialist 360 recruitment desk supporting leading aerospace manufacturers, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers. You'll recruit sought-after engineering and manufacturing talent, develop long-term client partnerships, and help shape the future of aerospace technology.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and grow your own Aerospace recruitment desk
- Win new business and develop existing client relationships
- Source and place high-calibre engineering talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sales through to placement
- Become a trusted specialist within a thriving market
