About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the consumer experience. You'll connect with customers, share your passion for sport and style, and help create memorable moments that keep consumers coming back to adidas.
What You'll Do
As part of our founding store team, you'll help create an incredible shopping experience while supporting the success of our brand-new store.
You Will
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create genuine connections with consumers
- Bring the adidas brand and values to life through every customer interaction
- Help customers find the perfect products by sharing product knowledge and recommendations
- Support the team in achieving sales and store performance goals
- Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stock management, and maintaining product availability
- Ensure the store always looks its best through excellent housekeeping and merchandising standards
- Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive and energetic store environment
- Take ownership of your development through training, coaching, and learning opportunities
- Contribute to creating an unforgettable adidas experience for every consumer who visits our store

A Day in the Life

- Connect with Consumers - Spend time on the shop floor welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find products that inspire confidence, performance, and style.
- Become the Expert - Learn about the latest footwear, apparel, and innovations so you can deliver great advice and build authentic connections with consumers.
- Keep the Store Moving - Support deliveries, replenish stock, and ensure the right products are available at the right time to maximize sales opportunities.
- Work as One Team - Celebrate wins, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive environment where everyone succeeds together.
- Grow Every Day - Take advantage of training and development opportunities that help build your retail skills and open doors to future career opportunities within adidas.
Who You Are
- Passionate about sport, fashion, lifestyle, or retail
- A positive team player who enjoys working with people
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable engaging with customers and providing excellent service
- Motivated by achieving goals and contributing to team success
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential
- Excited to represent one of the world's leading sports brands
