Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven, consultative Sales Consultant to join our established enterprise recruitment division. In this role, you will spearhead business development and client account growth, identifying and winning staffing opportunities across major enterprise digital transformations. Backed by a high-performing, dedicated delivery engine, your focus will be opening doors with corporate enterprise clients and securing high-margin contract and permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and win new enterprise accounts through structured business development, outbound networking, and consultative sales pitches.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (CIOs, Program Directors, Heads of IT, and Procurement leads).
- Deal Structuring & Commercials: Negotiate competitive terms of business, fee structures, margin agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Delivery Collaboration: Translate client transformation roadmaps into actionable briefs for our dedicated delivery teams to ensure rapid turnaround on priority roles.
- Account Expansion: Develop existing accounts by identifying cross-selling opportunities across complementary tech verticals (ERP/SAP, Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure).

Key Requirements
- Proven Sales Track Record: 1–4+ years of 360° recruitment or targeted B2B business development experience with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Enterprise Tech Background: Demonstrated experience selling recruitment solutions across IT, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Software, Cloud, or Data disciplines.
- Consultative Selling: Confident pitching high-value talent solutions, navigating complex procurement frameworks, and closing commercial terms.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly motivated by substantial uncapped commission potential, pipeline generation, and fast-track career progression.
- Life Sciences Experience (Nice to Have): Background selling into pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated enterprise clients is a plus, though not mandatory.
