Bright A Blind is looking for an experienced, technically minded sales professional to join our expanding Commercial Contract Shading Division.
This is a permanent sales role for a motivated individual who enjoys building long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting tenders into profitable orders.
Based at our modern North London offices, you will work closely with the Directors, Project Manager, Estimating Team, Surveyors, Production, and Operations departments, managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to order while providing technical solutions and exceptional customer service.
The majority of your time will be spent developing opportunities from our extensive CRM database, analysing tender enquiries, following up quotations and project variations, and maintaining regular contact with prospective and existing customers. You will also carry out approximately three client or site visits each week to strengthen relationships, present solutions, and develop new business opportunities.

This is a fast-paced, office-based, target-driven role that requires persistence, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple live enquiries simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities from our established CRM database.
- Identify, analyse, and pursue tender opportunities.
- Read and interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, tender submissions, and project variations.
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and end users.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
- Work closely with Estimating, Surveying, Production, and Operations teams to secure profitable orders.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Consistently achieve agreed sales and gross margin targets.
- Support projects through to successful completion.
