Spitfire Homes is looking for a dynamic new Sales Consultant to join our team. In order to be successful you will need to be a strong operator – a self-starter with a drive and determination to deliver results.

Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at Spitfire Homes, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, supporting them through every stage of their journey to finding and purchasing their new home.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with:

  • Delivering sales in line with the agreed sales rate and revenue targets
  • Maintaining high standards in terms of the presentation of the sales area and show homes
  • Handling inbound enquiries, whilst actively managing the database of leads to secure sales
  • Sales progression post reservation, liaising with the relevant parties to exchange contracts in a timely manner
  • Delivering an excellent service throughout the various stages of the customer journey
  • Maintaining an awareness of your competitors and their sales and marketing activity
  • Liaising with the on-site construction team to drive presentation and remain aware of the build programme
  • Complying with relevant health & safety requirements

Requirements

  • Full driving licence
  • Previous experience within a sales role
  • New homes sales experience
  • Commercial acumen, with a resilient nature
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a team and on own initiative
  • Attention to detail and highly conscious of the importance of presentation
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Plenty of drive with a strong sense of ownership

Hours of work

37.5 hrs per week, including weekend working

Salary

TBC based on experience – basic salary plus commission
