PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the welcoming face of our showroom and the first point of contact for customers beginning their kitchen makeover journey. You’ll guide clients from initial enquiry through to design consultation, helping them transform their kitchens with confidence and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily showroom and administrative duties, ensuring the space is welcoming, organised, and aligned with our brand standards.
  • Manage customer enquiries across telephone, email, social media, and in-person interactions, gathering all relevant information before arranging home or showroom appointments.
  • Deliver engaging customer consultations, offering expert advice on our full range of makeover solutions—including kitchen doors, worktops, storage, appliances, lighting, flooring, and handles—while helping customers choose colours, styles, and finishes.
  • Schedule and coordinate home visits for the Retail & Operations Manager, clearly outlining expectations and creating a positive first impression.
  • Follow up on enquiries and unsold appointments to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Support smooth project delivery by liaising with installers, suppliers, and customers under the guidance of the Retail & Operations Manager.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are clean, inspiring, and reflective of current trends and brand guidelines.
  • Carry out general showroom duties such as stock checks and maintaining tidy stockroom and showroom areas.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a small, hands-on team, supporting other departments as needed.
  • Perform key-holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the showroom.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
