About the Role

Based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, you will join our inbound sales team where we focus on inspiring and delighting our customers. We continue to evolve our workplace and culture in line with our world-renowned products. Your Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through detailed consultations to support their appliance selection and purchase
  • Through understanding customer needs, recommend suitable products and solutions that support long-term use
  • By identifying opportunities, promote upgraded products and accessories to enhance the customer experience
  • With a strong focus on service, deliver a high-quality and engaging customer experience across every interaction
  • As part of the sales team, contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Across multiple channels including telephone and email, communicate confidently and respond to customer queries and quotations professionally

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging customers across telephone and written channels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • A team-focused approach with a strong sense of accountability for achieving results

Working Hours

  • We have an opportunity for a full-time position, working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week across 5 days
  • Additionally, we have a part-time position available working 26 hours per week with flexibility on the number of days
  • Saturday working on a rota basis (typically 1 in 3) with a day off in lieu
  • Flexibility required to meet business needs
  • Working hours typically between 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00–16:00 Saturday
