If you are a design-passionate sales professional who takes genuine pride in the quality of every interaction — this is the role for you.
The King Difference
This is not just a sales role for someone who can hit a number.
This is a consultative role for someone who genuinely loves design — who can walk into a room, understand how a customer lives, and guide them toward a decision they will feel great about for years. At King Living Kingston, the Sales Consultant is our primary commercial interface with the customer. The experience you create, the relationships you build, and the trust you earn are what drive results here — not scripts and pressure tactics.
You will manage a consistent flow of premium retail and trade enquiries, take pride in a well-managed sales pipeline, and bring genuine product knowledge to every customer conversation. This is a sales-focused role suited to candidates with experience in retail, interior design, textiles or other customer-facing environments with transferable skills.

Showroom & Brand Standards
Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standard in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines — ensuring every area reflects the King Living brand with pride and professionalism. -
Systems & Administration
Use in-house systems to process and manage sales orders efficiently and accurately.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
