Purpose
This outside sales position focuses on promoting Sysco's products and services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales and profit goals within an assigned territory. This role may require working non-traditional hours to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads based on company account stratification goals.
- Research customer needs and develop tailored product and service solutions.
- Evaluate market trends and recommend relevant products.
- Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and usage.
- Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
- Drive to customer accounts, conventions, and meetings.
- Manage accounts receivable, working with the credit department.
- Manage deliveries and troubleshoot order issues.
- Participate in company functions, promotions, and customer events.
- Attend sales and district meetings.
- Engage in ongoing training.
- Assist with training new employees.
- Review and analyze sales reports and data.

Certifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

- Requires driving to customer accounts.

- 25%-50%
