BOLIA is beginning an exciting new chapter in London. Our beautiful new Concept Store on Portman Square will introduce the BOLIA universe to the UK, and we are looking for Sales Consultants to be part of this extraordinary debut. Driven by a desire to create special customer experiences, inspiring surroundings, and to provide the world’s best service, you will help shape the success of our store from day one.

About The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will become an ambassador for BOLIA. You will work in our beautiful concept store in London and become part of the inspiring BOLIA culture – based on training and development, dedicated colleagues, and creating unique customer experiences. The role focuses on sales and service, and we work hard to provide superbrand service to all our customers.

As we are opening a new store, we are looking for Sales Consultants for 12 hours per week. Working hours are spread across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with work on Saturdays and Sundays being a required part of the position. There may also be opportunities for additional hours during busier periods.

The new store in London Portman Square will celebrate its Grand Opening on 10 September.

Your Responsibilities

  • Direct customer contact – providing the best service in town.
  • Guiding and servicing customers – ensuring that every customer feels welcome.
  • Identifying customers’ wishes and needs in our Design Atelier, which contains unique creative tools that make it easy for you and the customer to find the right solutions together.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on sales in relation to budgets and personal goals that we set together.
  • Helping customers by phone or chat with follow-up questions or placing orders.
  • Helping to make the store sales-ready, beautiful, and inspiring.
  • Supporting and working closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.
  • Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the managers.

  • You have experience in sales and customer service and are passionate about doing your best.
  • You are mature and ready to take responsibility.

  • You have a competitive spirit and are not afraid of being measured, while also understanding that the team as a whole always comes first.
  • You are interested in furniture and interior design.

  • No task is too big or too small; you always give your best, whether it involves customer service, sales, cleaning, or restocking products.
  • Fluency in English is required.
