Sales Consultant | Hatton Garden | £35,000–£42,000 + Commission (OTE £55,000–£60,000)
We're working with a highly regarded independent jewellery business in the heart of Hatton Garden — London's legendary jewellery quarter — to find a Sales Consultant who can deliver exceptional, personalised consultations and build lasting client relationships across the full jewellery range.
The Role
As Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients across the full collection — from engagement rings and bridal jewellery to the wider fine jewellery offering. From initial enquiry through to the moment they leave with something truly special, you'll guide them with expertise, warmth, and discretion.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading in-depth, one-to-one consultations across the full product range — understanding briefs, budgets, and the story behind each purchase
- Managing incoming enquiries across all channels, ensuring every prospect receives a prompt, personalised response
- Building and maintaining a loyal client base through high-touch clienteling, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Staying across product knowledge including diamond grading, precious metals, setting styles, and bespoke design options
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless, luxury client experience

About You
- Proven experience in fine jewellery retail
- A natural consultant — you listen first, advise second, and never push
- Polished, professional, and confident with high-value transactions
- Strong clienteling instincts with the ability to build genuine long-term relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and excited by the earning potential that commission brings
The Package
- Base salary: £35,000–£42,000 depending on experience
- Commission structure taking OTE to £55,000–£60,000
