Role Description

The Sales Assistant role is a part-time (mostly weekends), on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Assistant will greet customers, provide product information, and guide clients with selected beauty products that meet their needs. Daily tasks include:

The Sales Assistant will contribute to a positive store atmosphere by offering attentive, professional service and supporting day-to-day operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Korean or any Asian background
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to engage clients and build positive relationships
  • Clear and professional communication skills, face-to-face
  • Sales skills, including product recommendation, demonstration, and supporting the achievement of sales goals
  • Organization skills to manage stock, maintain orderly displays, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills for processing transactions accurately
  • Prior retail or beauty industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends as required
  • Motivation to learn about beauty products, trends, and services to provide informed guidance to customers
