What is this role about?

The role acts as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information or advice about products and services with the objective of achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What will YOU do?

  • Develop a deep understanding of the range of vehicles for sale as well as the customers' needs to ensure that information such as product benefits and features is accurately disseminated and effectively communicated while contributing to driving sales and profitability
  • Develop effective strategies to identify and attract prospective buyers
  • Manage the initial experience of walk-in customers during floor duty
  • Organize and maintain the accurate documentation of sales reports to monitor the performance of the team and plan effective sales strategies, as well as the upkeep of the customer database to ensure customer loyalty and continued support
  • Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of units to customers
  • Provide excellent after-sales service by following up on the different activities involved in the process such as post-events, showroom visits, test drives, offers, delivery, and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Ensure adherence to relevant company policies and procedures, including permits acquisition and regulatory compliance, collections of payments, store orderliness, etc.
