About the company
Basecamp Talent is partnering with a fast-growing luxury travel business to find a Luxury Sports Travel Specialist to join its team in Chester.
The business creates high-end, bespoke travel experiences around some of the world's biggest sporting events, from Formula 1 and football to golf, tennis and beyond.
Following a period of continued growth, they're looking for someone with experience in luxury travel sales who can build strong client relationships, turn enquiries into bookings and deliver the kind of personal service you'd expect when organising once in a lifetime trips.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an ambitious, growing business where you'll have plenty of autonomy and the chance to play a real part in shaping its luxury sports travel offering.
About the role
This is a client-facing sales role, working with customers to create and book bespoke luxury sports travel experiences across destinations around the world.
- Managing enquiries from initial conversation through to booking, taking the time to understand exactly what each client is looking for and creating tailored itineraries around their interests.
- Alongside converting inbound enquiries, you'll build long-term relationships with clients, generate repeat business and referrals, and proactively identify new opportunities.
- You'll also work closely with the wider product and marketing team to bring new travel experiences to market and make the most of upcoming sporting events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
