Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is not a role for someone who wants to simply wait for instructions. The successful person will be proactive, thoughtful and switched on — someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Confident, polished and trustworthy
  • Capable of handling high-value property viewings with credibility
  • Emotionally intelligent and strong with clients
  • Calm, steady and practical
  • Commercially minded, but not pushy
  • Ambitious and keen to progress
  • A natural relationship-builder
  • Proactive, organised and full of common sense
  • Committed to delivering phenomenal customer service

There is genuine scope to grow within the business, but progression will be earned. The opportunity is there for someone who can demonstrate not only that they want more, but that they can deliver more — through service, client care, prospecting, consistency and results.

The basic salary is around £25,000, with realistic total earnings of approximately £60,000 in year one and £70,000–£75,000 in year two.

There will also be a guarantee in place for the first few months, ensuring you do not take home less than £30,000 during that initial period.

The commission structure is pooled, meaning the team is rewarded collectively, while individual contribution is still recognised. The more you add to the pot, the higher the percentage you are able to take out.

This creates a culture where teamwork matters, but strong individual performance is properly rewarded.
