Sales Consultant | Belfast | Retail | Salary up to £26,000 + generous bonus scheme

Salary: Up to £26,000 + Bonus | OTE up to £44,000

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our growing home retail team.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping customers find the perfect products for their home while delivering exceptional service from first conversation through to purchase.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming customers and understanding their individual needs and preferences
  • Providing expert product advice and helping customers make confident purchasing decisions
  • Creating inspiring and personalised home solutions
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Following up with customers and maximising every sales opportunity
  • Keeping the showroom presented to an exceptional standard
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

About You

We're looking for a Sales Consultant who is:

  • Naturally confident, friendly and engaging
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets
  • A strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
  • Experienced in sales or customer service, ideally within retail, interiors, furniture or a similar environment
