Role Description
This is a flexible roaming Design & Sales Consultant role covering Braintree, Chelmsford & Colchester. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers, providing expert advice on Eden Glass products and services, and guiding them through the design, survey, and installation process.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Responding to inquiries
- Conducting in-person consultations
- Preparing quotations
- Following up to convert leads into confirmed orders
The role involves collaborating closely with the management team to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and fulfilled.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting skills, with experience in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver consistent, high-quality Customer Service.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
- Experience in Consulting is beneficial, ideally within construction, glazing, home improvement, or a related industry, but full training will be provided.
- Comfort working on-site with customers and surveying properties; ability to interpret basic measurements and technical details.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in quotations and documentation.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a small collaborative team.
- Basic IT skills, including use of email, CRM or sales systems, and common office software.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred; relevant vocational training or qualifications in sales or construction are an advantage.
