New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant
An opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant to join a residential housebuilder specialising in the development and construction of new homes.
As a New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant, you will be managing the new homes sales process independently, from initial enquiry and reservation through to exchange and completion.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 and benefits.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing enquiries from prospective buyers and providing clear information on available properties, pricing, and features.
- Conducting viewings and presenting new-build properties to potential purchasers.
- Guiding buyers through the reservation, sales progression, and completion process.
- Managing plot sales through to contract exchange and completion.
- Building positive relationships with purchasers and maintaining regular contact throughout the transaction.
- Following up enquiries and leads promptly and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Keeping up to date with local market conditions and competing developments.
- Working with internal teams to support the smooth progression of sales.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience working in New Homes sales or for a new-build residential property developer
- Experience handling the full new homes sales process from reservation through to completion.
- Background managing sales at a new-build development or site with minimal support.
- Strong understanding of plot sales, reservations, sales progression, and completions.
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel to the relevant development site(s).
- A valid driving licence.
