The Role:
We’re looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You’ll meet prospects in their homes, design tailored solutions, and close sales with confidence.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and present windows and doors to homeowners
- Deliver accurate quotes
- Close sales and complete contracts
- Provide excellent customer service throughout
Appointments Provided:
- Highly qualified, pre-booked appointments – no cold calling
- No affiliates or third-party leads
- Appointments confirmed and quality-checked to the highest market standard
- Strong conversion-focused pipeline to maximise your earnings
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience
- Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence

What You’ll Get:
- Realistic OTE of £75,000–£85,000 (uncapped commission)
- £26,500 per annum

Working Pattern:
- Flexible hours (including some evenings/weekends)
- Remote-based with occasional office visits
- 40 hours per week (flexible structure available)
