77 Diamonds Limited and our subsidiaries are a multiple award-winning e-commerce retailer, supplying some of the world’s finest diamond rings and jewellery to a host of discerning customers and specialising in engagement rings, wedding rings and fine diamond jewellery.

Boasting luxury showrooms in Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, as well as the UK, Italy, Switzerland and Dubai, we also offer online retail options and bespoke, made-to-order pieces. This places us firmly at the forefront of a new breed of jeweller who focuses on the customer, embracing technology and modern manufacturing processes.

We are now looking for a Sales Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working five days per week, including Saturdays, with one Saturday off per month.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will meet with clients in our London showroom, helping to convert enquiries about exquisite pieces of jewellery and items from our collection into sales.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, you will provide information and guidance while identifying and recommending new opportunities.

You will also liaise with in-house teams regarding new sales and ongoing orders, as well as providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

About You

To be considered as a Sales Consultant, you will need:

  • At least two years’ office admin experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Good computer skills
