Role Description

The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Glasgow. The Sales Consultant will support customers through the property buying and selling process, providing guidance, property information, and coordinating viewings.

  • Support customers through the property buying and selling process.
  • Provide guidance and property information.
  • Coordinate property viewings.
  • Manage inquiries and follow up leads.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve branch sales targets.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
  • Contribute to local marketing activities.
  • Stay informed about market trends in the Glasgow and wider Scottish property markets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Consulting skills with a focus on identifying customer needs and recommending suitable property solutions.
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Excellent Communication and Consulting skills, both in person and over phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Ability to work to sales targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in building rapport with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Basic IT proficiency and ability to use CRM or property management systems.
  • Prior experience in estate agency, property sales, or a related customer-facing sales role is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as required by branch operations.
