Sales Contact Co-ordinator

London Bridge - Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote working)

Up to £28,000

Hyde is looking for a Sales Contact Co-ordinator to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long-term development.

As a Sales Contact Co-ordinator at Hyde, you will provide a personalised and responsive front-line service for customer enquiries into our sales and lettings products, including shared ownership, private sales, resales, and intermediate market rent. You will support customers' initial enquiries, ensuring they are linked to the relevant team or department, to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Duties

  • Provide a proactive and responsive telephone and email service, delivering high-quality support to customers within service promise timeframes.
  • Pre-qualify customers, assess their home ownership needs, and direct them accurately to suitable sales and lettings properties or departments.
  • Handle customer correspondence clearly and professionally as the first point of contact, simplifying complex information to resolve enquiries and help prevent complaint escalation.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data, including the submission of completions and utilities data, registering customer details for industry survey contact, and supporting purchaser order uploads using relevant systems.
  • Provide additional reporting and administrative support to the Sales department where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
