Sales Contractor | UK Market | Financial Services

GrifFIN CFO Advisory and Business Consulting is looking for a sales contractor to help us grow our UK client base.

We’re looking for someone with experience in the financial sector who understands how businesses work, is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers, and knows how to turn a conversation into a genuine business opportunity.

This is a 100% commission-based contractor position with unlimited earning potential.

There is no cap on commission. The more opportunities you generate and convert, the more you earn.

The role

Your primary focus will be generating and developing leads among UK-based businesses.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying UK businesses and decision makers who may benefit from our services
  • Generating warm leads through LinkedIn
  • Conducting targeted cold outreach through LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Starting meaningful conversations with business owners and decision makers
  • Understanding a prospect's business and identifying potential financial pain points
  • Qualifying opportunities and moving suitable prospects through the sales process
  • Building relationships rather than relying on generic, high-volume sales messages

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
