£70-£85k basic + 20% bonus + super benefits
TalentPool is supporting a super high‑growth consumer brand on a confidential search for an Amazon Lead - a senior commercial role owning one of the most strategically important customers in the entire business.
This is a VC‑backed challenger with serious momentum: rapid international expansion and a premium positioning. Amazon is already one of their highest‑velocity channels globally, and they’re now looking for a true Amazon specialist to take it to the next level.

You’ll report directly into the Commercial Director and operate with real autonomy - shaping strategy, driving performance, and owning the channel end‑to‑end across multiple markets. If you want a role where Amazon isn’t a side‑project but the growth engine, this is it.
What you’ll lead:
- Full commercial ownership of Amazon across UK, European and future markets
- Senior responsibility for sales, margin, growth and P&L
- High‑impact reporting directly into the Commercial Director

What you’ll bring:
- Proven Amazon expertise (Seller or Vendor Central) in a high‑growth fmcg brand
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Experience in drinks, FMCG, wellness or similar fast‑moving categories
- Comfort operating autonomously in a challenger environment
- Pace, energy and a “build it from scratch” mindset
- Curiosity around AI and how it can enhance performance
