Sales Controller
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Controller to join our Volkswagen Sales team in Elgin.
As the Sales Controller in our Elgin showroom you will not only be driven to meet and exceed sales objectives but also keen to ensure that the highest degree of customer satisfaction is provided to every customer, every time. You will be key within our team of Sales Executives to maintaining a positive working atmosphere. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Brand Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Specialists in achieving monthly objectives
- Monitor sales information and take action to ensure all set targets are met or exceeded
- Ensure all sales processes are adhered to by all Sales Specialists
- Engage with customers during the sales process and professionally resolve any complaints
- Form action plans to increase sales for finance, accessories and insurance
- Maintain all financial procedures by daily checks on funding information
- Ensure a motivating and positive environment is created and maintained for the Sales Specialists
- Have a working knowledge of motor industry news, new models and competitor activities

What you’ll need:
- Management and leadership skills to make a significant contribution to this business
- A desire to provide good customer service
- Previous motor industry sales experience is essential for this role
- A proven track record in achieving and exceeding monthly sales objectives
- Warm, genuine and engaging personality with strong negotiating and closing skills
- Friendly and professional with enthusiasm for sales and great customer service
- Smart personal appearance
- Strong team-player
