Job Title: Sales Controller | Senior Sales Executive | Sales Specialist
Location: Renault, Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £60,000 OTE + uncapped commission + company car
Working Hours: Full-time, including weekends on rota
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, ambitious, and driven Sales Controller to join our thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and success of Holdcroft Motor Group.
As a Sales Controller, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and profitable sales process. Your attention to detail, leadership qualities, and strategic mindset will help drive retail sales performance while maintaining exceptional standards across all sales activities.

Your Role
- Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day operation of the sales department.
- Ensure sales processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and effectively.
- Maintain and optimise systems to improve sales performance and customer experience.
- Work closely with departments across the business to support prospecting activities, marketing campaigns, and events.
- Identify opportunities to increase retail sales and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and support sales performance to maximise profitability.
- Build and maintain successful, compliant, and profitable sales processes.
- Provide leadership and support to the wider sales team when required.

About You
- Previous experience within the motor trade.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to support and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Full UK driving licence.
