Your Tasks
Customer Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally, aiming to provide responses within 24 hours.
- Manage order placement, progression, and delivery updates.
- Ensure customers receive an outstanding and consistent level of service.
Order & Process Management
- Process quotations, sales orders, and customer requests accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records, files, and business correspondence.
- Monitor customer requirements and proactively support future business opportunities and forecasts.
- Minimise order processing errors and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Application Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams.
- Coordinate with HUBER+SUHNER manufacturing sites across Europe to ensure timely product delivery.
- Support the external sales team and visit customers when required.
- Escalate and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Your Profile
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing customer service, sales support, or sales role.
- Experience working within an international organisation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using ERP systems.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of supply chain or manufacturing processes.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Numerate with good analytical skills.
