Sales Coordinator

Location: Mold, Wales
Kinetic plc are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator for our Client based in Mold. Reporting to the Commercial Team Leader, the purpose of the role will be to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process by precise and timely manner. You will be handling the administrative, operational and coordination tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the sales office by addressing all customer enquiries, responding promptly and accurately.
Salary: 27 - 30k dependant on experience

Main Duties Include:
- Processing bulk/packaged orders via email/phone, making amendments to orders as required
- Preparing paperwork as necessary to include pro-forma where applicable
- Processing Haulage orders
- Liaising with customers/hauliers regarding orders and preparing paperwork for export orders
- Communicating with internal departments including production and transport
- Invoicing
- Handling booking in of collections from site
- Processing both UK & Export samples
- Label printing including raising new labels for production
- Handling customer/part code discrepancies
- Database maintenance - customer maintenance, labels, solvitt/printer maintenance and MSDS document maintenance
- Preparing/maintaining reports e.g. HMRC movements on behalf of customers
- There will also be the requirement to provide occasional cover in the Sales Office and Reception to cover sickness and holidays
Qualification/Education Required:
- Educated to GCSE level.
Experience/Skills/ Attributes Required:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Good numeracy/literacy skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, hands-on and willing to take ownership
- Experience using Solvitt or similar systems is beneficial but not essential
