An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join a highly established and respected property business in South West London. With an excellent reputation in the market and a genuinely supportive team culture, this is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their career within a thriving and growing organisation.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have previous Sales Coordinator or Property Administration experience, enabling them to hit the ground running and become a key part of a busy and successful sales team.

The Role

  • Managing the end-to-end sales administration process
  • Preparing property documentation including instruction agreements, offer letters, sales memoranda and invoices
  • Coordinating property launches, photography, floorplans and EPCs
  • Creating and maintaining property marketing materials and brochures
  • Uploading and managing listings across major property portals
  • Liaising with vendors and supporting the sales team throughout transactions
  • Conducting compliance and AML checks
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Providing high levels of customer service and administrative support across the office
  • Assisting with general office administration and team support duties
