Sales Coordinator
£30,000 – £35,000 - Lutterworth - Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm - Site Based
Rowles Recruitment is working with an established manufacturing organisation in Lutterworth supporting the recruitment for a Sales Coordinator to join their vibrant and bubbly team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, internal sales or sales administration, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering or similar environment.
In this permanent opportunity, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping manage their orders from start to finish and working closely with production and suppliers to make sure everything stays on track.

- Speaking with customers by phone and email
- Processing and managing customer orders
- Keeping customers updated on orders and delivery dates
- Liaising with production and other internal teams
- Raising purchase orders and monitoring supplier deliveries
- Preparing quotes for existing customers
- Keeping customer and order information up to date on internal systems
- Supporting the wider sales team with prospecting, events and CRM activity
What we're looking for:
- Customer service, sales administration or internal sales experience
- Ideally experience within a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or product-based business
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable using systems and processing information accurately
- A proactive approach and willingness to solve problems
- Someone with the hunger to learn, develop and become more commercially involved

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
Location: Lutterworth
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
