We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team at Streambank. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone starting their career who is eager to learn, work hard and progress within the Bank.
This is a fully office-based role (5 days per week) where you will play a key part in keeping the sales function organised, efficient and moving forward. Working as part of a team of three Sales Coordinators, you will collaborate closely with the Internal Business Development Team Manager and wider Sales Team, helping to coordinate activity, maintain accurate records and support the smooth running of the sales process from enquiry through to completion.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Managing and updating CRM systems and internal databases
- Preparing sales documents, ESIS/ DIPs, sales calculations, file setup, amendments
- Coordinating internal processes to support the sales cycle
- Liaising with BDEs to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Liaise with lending operations to ensure deals progress to underwriting
- Tracking progress of deals and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with data entry, analysis and reporting
- Ensuring all admin tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail

What you’ll bring

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Tools, skills and experience
- Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams
- Previous admin experience is beneficial but not essential
This role is designed as a stepping stone into a Business Development Executive position. With strong performance, commitment, and development, there is a clear pathway to progress into a client-facing sales role.
