Dron & Dickson are looking for a Sales Coordinator. You’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring smooth sales processes, supporting our valued customers, and helping us achieve our branch goals. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders efficiently and accurately
- Manage and build relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Proactively follow up on quotations to secure business
- Expedite customer and supplier orders, handling returns and non-conformances
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure clean and current data
- Support Business Development Managers with sales coordination tasks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with our core values

Requirements
- Previous Sales Experience
- Minimum GCSEs or Standard Grades
- CompEx Foundation (or willingness to complete)
- Training in Customer Service, Anti-Bribery, and Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking provided
