Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and meticulous Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Basildon office. This is a full-time, on-site role. This role is the crucial link between departments, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and on time. You will play a key role in supporting the full product lifecycle, from sample management and critical path tracking to liaising with suppliers and assisting the sales team. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and it offers the opportunity to gain experience and develop your career within the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product information across excel trackers and internal systems.
- Raise and manage orders accurately, ensuring timely processing.
- Assist with sample management, tracking, organising, and preparing for customer meetings checking them against relevant tech packs.
- Liaise with suppliers to chase samples, approvals, and delivery updates.
- Support the sales team with order administration to ensure success at every stage.
- Coordinate license product approvals and processes.
- Manage customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers regarding samples, amendments, approvals, order confirmations, and purchase orders, escalating price negotiations or commercial decisions to the sales team.
- Communicate with factories regarding samples, amendments, approvals, purchase orders, dispatch dates, and production updates, escalating pricing or production-space decisions where required.
- Raise internal dockets and purchase orders accurately.
- Update critical path trackers with new order confirmations, amendments, and key dates.
- Create and maintain sales documents, trackers, and order records.
- Support the design team by providing previous sales order data and product information.
- Photograph and submit images of licensed designs for pre-production and post-production approvals.

Required Skills
- Strong excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
- A genuine passion for fashion and enthusiasm for the industry.
- Self-motivated with the drive to develop and grow in the role.

Remuneration & Hours of Work
- Salary - Dependent upon experience.
- Hours – Monday to Thursday 8:30-5:30pm Fridays 8:30-3:00pm /1:00pm summer hours.
