We are working with an established international lifestyle brand that is looking to appoint a UK Sales Coordinator to support the continued development of its UK & Ireland business.

The role will work closely with the Sales Director, based in France, as well as the wider UK commercial team, acting as an important link between the UK market, key customers and HQ.

The Role

This is a broad commercial role, supporting the UK sales operation while bringing strong UK market insight into the wider business.

You will work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs), alongside the sales administration team, helping to coordinate commercial activity and ensure the UK market has the right support from the wider business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the UK commercial strategy and sales priorities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key UK customers and partners.
  • Supporting customer meetings, showroom appointments, seasonal activity and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Providing insight into UK market trends, competitors and customer needs.

  • Supporting forecasting, order management and resolving supply chain challenges.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop new customers, channels and markets.
  • Supporting product launches and local Go-to-Market activity.
  • Coordinating information and ensuring the UK market is effectively represented within the wider business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
