Sales & Commercial Support Coordinator
We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Commercial Support Coordinator to support our Contract Logistics commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales administration, commercial support, CRM management or marketing coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can bring structure and organisation to multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer opportunities, RFQs, RFIs and RFPs from qualification through to handover.
- Coordinate proposals, presentations and customer submission packs.
- Maintain CRM data and support CRM continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track opportunities, deadlines and commercial projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Support sales reporting, dashboards and pipeline management.
- Coordinate prospecting activity, market research and lead generation initiatives.
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications to coordinate campaigns and sales collateral.
- Facilitate opportunity reviews and capture feedback to improve future performance.
- Support the use of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Commercial Support, Sales Support, Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and pipeline data.
- Strong process-oriented approach with a focus on structure, compliance and quality.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Confident communicator who can build strong relationships across different functions.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Positive, outgoing and professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Desirable
- Experience supporting a sales, commercial or business development team.
- Experience coordinating marketing activity or working with a marketing agency.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience using Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Experience within logistics, supply chain or contract logistics environments.
- Experience creating customer presentations, proposals and bid documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI productivity tools.
