As part of the largest garage door group in the South, we continue to invest in growth, expansion, and delivering outstanding customer service across the region.

We are looking for an experienced and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team in Crawley. This is a varied role working within and alongside an experienced sales team, you will be responsible for handling online platforms, customer enquiries, pricing and sales of garage doors and spare parts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, confident communicating with customers, and enjoys taking ownership of their workload within a busy and growing company.

The Role / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all online and web sales
  • Maintain online selling platforms
  • To accurately enter sales orders onto the system
  • Proactively call existing customers with promotions and special offers.
  • To ensure credit accounts are checked or correct payment taken with order
  • Provide warehouse with correct picking information
  • Responsible for daily invoicing for online orders
  • To ensure all customer’s queries are dealt with
  • Dealing with technical queries internally and externally
  • To ensure the telephone is answered without undue delay

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales or online platform experience
  • Confident and professional when assisting customers
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
  • Proactive approach to resolving queries and outstanding issues
  • Good IT skills, including email and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and approachable manner

Desirable Experience

  • Sage 200 experience would be advantageous, although training will be provided
  • Experience within garage doors, construction, home improvements, wholesale or trade-related industries

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
