About The Role

Reelables is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing commercial organization.

This is a hands-on role responsible for helping the sales team operate efficiently and ensuring customers receive a responsive and professional experience throughout the commercial process. The Sales Coordinator will support activities ranging from quotations and CRM administration through customer orders, shipments, documentation, and ongoing account support.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to help coordinate customer requirements and ensure that important commercial activities are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable communicating with customers, and enjoys keeping multiple activities moving simultaneously. This role is particularly well suited to someone who enjoys the operational and administrative side of a commercial organization while still wanting regular interaction with customers and exposure to the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration & Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, pricing documentation, presentations, product information, and other customer-facing materials.
  • Assist with customer onboarding documentation and other commercial requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and help track resulting actions and follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized sales documentation, templates, pricing information, and customer records.
  • Help ensure sales opportunities and customer requests continue progressing and important actions are completed on time.

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate customer shipments with internal operations teams and external logistics providers.
  • Prepare or coordinate required shipping documentation.
  • Confirm customer shipping instructions, addresses, service requirements, and other relevant information.
  • Track outbound shipments and provide customers and sales team members with delivery updates.
  • Assist with international shipping documentation and requirements where applicable.
  • Help coordinate customer samples, evaluation units, and other product shipments.
  • Investigate routine shipping issues and work with relevant parties to resolve them.

Customer & Account Support

  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for routine customer and prospect requests.
  • Provide customers with product information, documentation, order status, tracking information, and other requested materials.
  • Coordinate sample and product evaluation requests.
  • Support existing customer accounts with routine commercial and administrative requirements.
  • Help ensure customer requests are routed to the appropriate internal team and followed through to completion.
  • Develop familiarity with key customers and their ordering, shipping, and administrative requirements.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, contact, deal, and activity information within the CRM.
  • Create and update customer records and sales opportunities.
  • Help ensure pipeline information, expected close dates, deal values, products, and next steps remain current.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact and account information.
  • Support regular pipeline reviews, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
  • Identify missing or outdated information and work with the sales team to improve overall data quality.

Tradeshow & Commercial Activities

  • Support preparation for industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Help coordinate customer and prospect meetings around events.
  • Maintain and organize event lead and contact information.
  • Assist with entering, organizing, and distributing leads following events.
  • Help coordinate samples, collateral, equipment, and other materials required for events.
  • Support post-event administrative follow-up.

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to support customers.
  • Help coordinate the handover of new customers and orders from sales into operations.
  • Ensure relevant customer requirements and commitments are clearly communicated internally.
  • Assist with resolving routine commercial, order, shipping, or administrative issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and make the customer order experience more efficient.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally within sales administration, sales support, customer service, order management, operations, logistics, or a related commercial role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer orders, requests, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-through and a willingness to take ownership of tasks through completion.
  • Comfortable working with CRM, order-management, spreadsheet, presentation, CRM workflows, Agentic AI, and other business software.
  • Good numerical skills and comfort working with pricing, quantities, purchase orders, and other commercial information.
  • Ability to work effectively across different departments and coordinate activities between multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes and responsibilities continue to evolve.
