Sales Coordinator, Permanent, Bermondsey, London - Firetecnics Systems

As a one-stop provider for everything from fire alarm installation to ongoing compliance management, we combine technical expertise with proactive, personalised service.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Preparing quotations.
  • Chasing engineers for additional information and documentation.
  • Maintain and accurately update sales and customer records, using various CRM systems, including HubSpot.
  • Monitor and prompt the sales team to maintain quality records on customers and deals.
  • Communicate with customers when required.
  • Prepare documents and information using MS Office.
  • Assist with the onboarding process and documentation for new customers as and when required.
  • Develop daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc sales reports.
  • Send out email campaigns.

What we are looking for:

  • Positive and helpful personality.
  • Values timeliness and accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills with experience and confidence of using HubSpot, MS Office with Word etc.
  • A strong team player with ability to manage demands across cross functional lines.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
