Sales Coordinator

£28,000 – £30,000 Commission & Bonus

High Wycombe

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm


Looking to start your career? Are you organised, personable and keen to learn? We're looking for an Internal Coordinator to join a friendly and supportive team in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career and develop their skills in a professional environment. You don't need extensive experience, attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what really matter.

The Role - Sales Coordinator

You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting customers and helping to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Building positive customer relationships
  • Preparing and sending quotations
  • Coordinating customer orders and deliveries
  • Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administration
  • Managing and prioritising your workload
  • Learning new systems, processes and product
  • Taking on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence develops

About You

This role would suit someone who is early in their career and keen to learn and develop. You could be a recent school, college or university leaver, or have some previous experience in:

  • Customer service
  • Administration
  • Retail
  • Sales Coordination
  • A similar customer-facing role
